When it comes to delivering construction projects, the majority of contractors promise the same deliverables –  quality craftsmanship, on-time schedules and costs that don’t exceed the budget.  But somewhere between project startup and project completion, a couple of other deliverables – trust and value – which are perhaps even more important, often get lost in the shuffle.
