Plant expansion for JN Fibers, an organization that recycles polyethylene terephthalate (PET) waste into a reusable product. The construction included renovations to the interior of the existing plant, but focused on the addition of a 115’ tall melt-spin tower with a cast-in-place concrete superstructure and insulated metal panel skin. The project required the use of BIM technology to model the facility and coordinate the installation of over 3,000 steel embeds into the super structure.
