Our work
THS Constructors, Inc. provides construction management services at risk for delivery of new facilities, expansions, and major modifications to existing buildings. Primary markets include industrial manufacturing, logistics and distribution, healthcare and medical offices, higher education and institutional, and commercial offices. Our preconstruction and construction management services include project scope development, construction cost estimating, project scheduling, procurement, permitting for construction, project management, on-site supervision, and jobsite safety. Most of THS’s projects are fast-track design-build contracts for lump sum firm fixed price or open book guaranteed maximum price (GMP) with a sharing of the savings.
