Two Capital Partners contracted with THS Constructors to provide construction services for the renovation of their Park 37 signature building in Greenville, SC.
The project consisted of a complete demolition of the interior of the building (2 stories) and the full up fit, consisting of office space, a full service cafe with dining area, conference rooms, outdoor seating, and a full gym facility for use by tenants at the Park 37 office complex.
