THS Constructors, Inc., one of the Southeast’s leading design-build, construction management, and general contracting companies, announced today that they have been selected as the Design-Builder by MM Technics for the expansion of their existing facility in Prosperity, SC. MM Technics has invested $6 million in the expansion which will create 35 new jobs at the facility.
MM Technics is an American subsidiary of automotive supplier Muhr Metalltechnik. The company uses state-of-the-art machineries like servo presses and automated welding equipment to supply automotive companies throughout the United States and Europe.
The expansion will be the first delivered for MM Technics US stamping plant located in the Mid-Carolina Commerce Park in Prosperity, NC. THS Constructors has already commenced work with the preparation of the building pad and procurement of the building structural systems for the future expansion with work planned to be completed by the end of 2019.

THS Constructors is partnering with GPN Architecture, Alliance Consulting Engineers, Arrowood & Arrowood, Thomas Mechanical, West Electric, and WN Kirkland on the expansion.
