THS Constructors completed the 47,900 SF expansion to the existing 146,000 SF manufacturing facility for Kloeckner Metals.
The expanded building encompasses the existing rail spur for shipping & receiving goods and materials. The building is a pre-engineered steel structure that is supported on caisson foundations. The project also featured a 40 ton crane, high-speed rolling doors, and an internal truck loading dock. Project was completed in 10 months. All work was completed in the facility while operations were ongoing.
A 45,000 SF addition to the Huger, SC location was completed in 2022. Construction activities included sitework, pile driving, concrete, structural steel, pre-engineered insulated metal building structure, mechanical and electrical.
