THS Constructors, Inc, one of the Southeast’s leading design-build construction firms, has been selected by Raumedic to construct their clean room expansion in Mills River, NC. THS built and completed Raumedic’s North American Headquarters and production facility in Mills River, NC, back in early 2016.
Raumedic is a development partner and system supplier of polymer based components and systems for the medical and pharmaceurical industry. “The advanced equipment and processes that will go into the new space will help us to remain ahead of the curve. With automated assembly cells and robotically augmented molding presses, we are able to produce high-quality medical technology solutions in the mainland US and remain competitive”, explained Martin Bayer, Raumedic CEO.

The design-build team includes McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture, O’brien Atkins, and Britt, Peters & Associates Inc.. The expansion is scheduled to be completed by January 2022.
