Agracel, Inc. partnered with THS Constructors for the development of the new Laurens County Speculative Building, strategically located west of the intersection of US Highway 221 and Hunter Park.

Laurens County emphasized the need for exceptional aesthetics and construction quality to ensure the facility would stand out as a premier industrial site within the state.

The project features a one-story structure constructed with a structural steel frame and insulated precast concrete wall panels. It offers a 32-foot eave height and incorporates a strategically designed expansion wall to maximize open space and flexibility for future development.

During the construction phase, THS Constructors collaborated closely with Agracel, Inc. to tailor the facility for an incoming tenant, Muffin Mam. Through targeted upfits to the ongoing build, THS ensured that the facility would be fully operational and ready for Muffin Mam to begin production immediately upon completion.
