Located west of the intersection of US Highway 221 and Hunter Park in Laurens County, South Carolina, the new Muffin Mam facility was delivered through a turnkey design-bid construction method.
Muffin Mam, Inc., a Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI)-certified wholesale bakery, serves some of the world’s largest retailers and food service providers. Known for its innovation in baked goods, the company also houses a dedicated research and development department focused on testing and creating new recipes.
The facility is a one-story structure featuring a structural steel frame and insulated precast concrete wall panels. It offers a 32-foot eave height and includes an expansion wall specifically designed with removable panels to optimize interior space and accommodate future growth.
