Absolute Haitian awarded THS Constructors with the contract to construct their new North American facility in Moncks Corner, South Carolina.
Absolute Haitian is a world leader in injection molding machinery, engineering and quality standards. They are focused on providing a broad range of cost effective plastics injection molding standards.
THS had to mitigate unsuitable soils on the building site and outside the building envelope before construction could begin. The site also required the installation of earthquake drains to stabilize the building.
The facility is a 115,000 SF warehouse with an adjoining three-story office (5,200 SF per floor). The warehouse is structural steel frame with precast walls. The office makes use of high-end interior finishes, ACM metal panels and curtain wall glazing.
