Benestar Foods awarded THS Constructors a $15 million contract to construct their new Southeastern facility located just off I-85 in Kings Mountain, North Carolina. As a premium, differentiated snack food company focused on wellness-driven brands, Benestar required a highly specialized and standards-driven build.
The facility was constructed to meet USDA production standards and featured an exterior tank farm with containment, seven dock doors, and an on-site wastewater treatment system. The project also included 10,000 square feet of office space, as well as complete MEP systems and integrated compressed air infrastructure to support the client’s processing requirements.
