THS Constructors successfully delivered a 43,000-square-foot stamping plant for MM Technics, an automotive supplier located in Prosperity, South Carolina.
The facility included a specialized stamping pit, along with integrated office and lobby space to support operations. The project utilized a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) system and was executed through a fast-track design-build approach to meet accelerated timelines.
Two years later, THS completed an 18,000-square-foot expansion, also utilizing PEMB construction, to accommodate MM Technics’ continued growth.
